Course Overview

This module introduces you to the 4 focus areas for TSM: Coaching and People Management, Facilitation and Presentation, Structured Thinking: Business Model Canvas and Managing a Business: Emotional Intelligence

At the end of this module, you would be able to:
1. Adopt situational (adaptive) leadership principles in order to be adaptable to lead different team members and use the right choice of words
2. Improve effectiveness in facilitation skills and structure in order to extract the best answers from the audience
3. Improve business acumen by assessing the relationship level with distributors/key customers and elevating ownership in assisting them
4. Promote better positive responses (instead of react) by blending thinking and feeling under pressure in order make informed decisions at the workplace
