This module introduces you to the 4 focus areas for TSM: Coaching and People Management, Facilitation and Presentation, Structured Thinking for Problem Solving and Managing a Business

At the end of this module, you would be able to:
1. Profile your team members based on their Social Styles and learn to adapt accordingly to establish trust
2. Improve audience engagement to make your presentation alive
3. Provide structure of thinking when it comes to problem solving
4. Reflect on self and business on current performance to identify rooms for improvement
